Unique Design and Attentive Staff
flavor fusions attentive staff perfect location food recommendations
I enjoyed afternoon tea, a departure from the typical fare , with innovative flavor fusions. Attention to detail was evident. The staff helped wrangle a disruptive room next door late at night. The hotel is in a perfect location, and the staff gave good activity and food recommendations.
The bar was quite loud, and my drink was served in a rather small glass.

The room had interesting decor and a comfortable bed, and the provided toiletries were of high quality. My room was clean , but small , and some electric points did not work properly.

The restaurant offered very good food. I enjoyed afternoon tea with spot on attention to detail. My favourite was the one with the blue cheese, and the food is also amazing with french toast all day long.

The hotel offered excellent facilities. The Waves Wellness Pool was a highlight. I enjoyed complimentary reiki and sound healing sessions. The gym features a comprehensive range of equipment for varied workouts.

I had afternoon tea and brunch at the hotel. The afternoon tea was innovative and tasted good. The fusion of ingredients made each item enjoyable, and the attention to detail stood out. The brunch food was amazing. I liked the French toast. A DJ played music, and tarot readings were available.
The room was relatively small. Storage was minimal, and much of the limited space was filled with merchandise for sale.

The room featured scrapes and scratches on the walls , and several electric points were not functional. The bathroom was nice , and the shower worked well.

The afternoon tea was a surprising and enjoyable experience , and the restaurant offered very nice wine. The sirloin and haddock dishes were just alright , but the overall experience was satisfactory. I enjoyed brunch as well.

Stylish Stay with Minor Hiccups

The steam room had very hot temperatures, it was excellent. COCKTAILS at the bar were well-prepared. I found the food to be perfect. Gong healing meditation sessions and reiki treatments were available to guests.
The hotel entrance is quite dark. This could be off-putting for some guests. The lighting creates a specific ambiance, but brighter options should be available at the entry.

The staff helped enthusiastically with my complex dietary requirements, a detail I really appreciated. All personnel displayed politeness and friendliness . This level of attentiveness contributed positively to my experience.

charmed by the unique details
jasmine terrace kind staff unique design
I adored the jasmine terrace and the garden spaces. They made me forget i was in a big city. the staff was very kind, and their attention to detail. i enjoyed the afternoon tea. The fusion of ingredients was good. the hotel's unique design definitely made the stay nice
i found the music to be quite loud, especially late into the night. the noise made it a bit difficult to relax fully in my room, and it somewhat affected my sleep quality. perhaps, some soundproofing could enhance the overall experience.

The wavess wellness pool was a highlight. complimentary reiki and sound healing offered a relaxing session. the afternoon tea was a good surprise. I especially enjoyed the innovative fusion of ingredients.
I found the room lacking in storage space. Most of it was filled with merchandise for sale. the phone in the room was broken. the music and noise continued until the early hours of the morning, disrupting sleep.
